Photography & Media Photos, videos, candid moments, and event recordings may occasionally be captured during Tiny
Celebrations events for: community memories, promotional content, social media posts, event recaps, and brand storytelling.
By voluntarily attending a Tiny Celebrations event, participants understand that they may appear in group photographs, candid captures, or social media content shared by Tiny Celebrations Event Co.
If any participant is uncomfortable with a specific image or post, they may respectfully contact the Tiny Celebrations team for review.
Respectful Participation Tiny Celebrations aims to maintain: respectful interactions, inclusive environments, and comfortable community spaces.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, intentional disruption, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the event or future community spaces. Venue & Purchases Certain Tiny Celebrations events may be hosted in collaboration with cafés, restaurants, or partner venues.
Participants remain individually responsible for: their personal orders, food and beverage bills, and venue conduct during the event.
Event Flexibility Event formats, timings, activities, seating arrangements, and participation structures may vary depending on: venue capacity, community size, weather conditions, and event flow.
Tiny Celebrations reserves the right to reasonably adapt event structures when required.
